If you’re attending Fulton’s Oysterfest, be sure to catch the Oysterfest Parade! The parade will start promptly at 11:00 am and proceed north down Fulton Beach Road, ending at the Oysterfest Grounds.

Break the Norm: Project Hope and Project Turnaround

You’re invited to this annual BREAK THE NORM event! This FREE community event is put together in hopes to “break the norm” of binge drinking and intoxication over Spring Break. This is a drug-free, fun, and informative family-friendly environment that also promotes health and wellness. 3rd Annual Shamrock Shuffle 5K/1K Leprechaun Chase

Get your running shoes out for the 3rd Annual Shamrock Shuffle 5K Run/Walk and 1K Leprechaun Chase. Kids chase a Leprechaun to the pot of gold and receive a gold medal at the end of their 1K Run.Wear green down to the Corpus Christi Bayfront Park and help support St. Patrick’s School. This event is family-friendly and includes Irish dancing, bagpipes, a costume contest, bounce houses, face painting, food vendors, and more!

Walk Across Texas Kickoff

Join Texas A&M Healthy South Texas and the Oso Bay Wetlands Preserve as they kick off an 8 week challenge to move towards a healthier lifestyle. Healthy South Texas Nueces County is challenging you to walk the length of Texas to improve health conditions such as diabetes and high cholesterol. There will also be wellness vendors providing health checks.

Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra Presents: A Night at the Movies and More

Conductor Finalist, Hector Guzman, promises to not let you take a rest during this high energy movie inspired concert! Listen to the sounds from the movies Avatar, Gravity and Lord of the Rings while being transported to the far reaches of the alien universe and back down again to Middle Earth. Even Frodo and Bilbo Baggins may not be able to save you from an experience this breathtaking and heart pounding!

Spring Break Youth Basketball Camp 2017

The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department is offering a Spring Break Youth Basketball Camp for boys and girls ages 8-17. Participants will obtain fundamental training through a variety of skills and drills, along with frequent basketball games against fellow campers. This program offers a positive and safe environment for youth. Professional instruction will be provided by local High School Basketball Coach Roy DeLaPena.

Vacation Station Spring Break Youth Camp

The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department is offering a ‘Vacation Station’ Spring Break Camp for boys and girls ages 5 to 13. Come on March 13 to 17 from 7:30am to 6pm at CCISD’s Galvan Elementary School. Camp activities will include arts and crafts, sports, gaming tournaments, guest speakers and so much more! Bring a sack lunch. Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided. REGISTRATION will be held March 7–9 from 4 to 6pm at Galvan Elementary School. Cost is $20 per child per day.

GoGames360-Corpus Christi

If you or your children are gamers, this is the place to be this weekend! This 40-hour gaming marathon includes video games, tabletop games, and physical games! Kids ages 3 years and up are welcome. Try out Archery Tag, obstacle courses, lego gallery, dance-a-thon, and more! Friday-4 pm-1 am, Saturday 10 am-1 am, Sunday- 11 am- 7pm.

Sesame Street Live: Elmo Makes Music

Join Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird, and more  at the American Bank Center for a fun musical adventure. Shows are on March 21 at 7:00PM and March 22 at 10:30AM and 7:00PM.

43rd Annual Ingleside Roundup Days

Come out to the Ingleside Round Up Days at N. O. Simmons Park located on Hwy 361 in Ingleside. The whole family can enjoy carnival rides, games, face painting, food and great entertainment. Admission is $5.00.

Presented by CITGO, Fiesta de la Flor is a 2-day festival that celebrates the life & legacy of Selena, known to her many admirers as the “Queen of Tejano.” Selena’s impact on the hearts & lives of so many has been immeasurable and this annual event serves as a tribute to her, as well as the cultural contributions of Tejano music worldwide.
