Takeover Tuesday: Meet Elisabeth!

0

Happy Tuesday, Friends!!

I am so antsy and excited about Mom’s Night Out this week PLUS we have Storytime with Santa coming in less than a month – SO. MUCH. FUN. I have absolutely LOVED putting together these events, along with the CCMB Family, and loved – even more – getting the opportunity to meet with so many incredible Coastal Bend business owners and vendors – I just can’t wait to meet you guys too!

Last week we brought back #TakeoverTuesday in anticipation of meeting so many of you later this week, today I wanted to introduce myself: I am Elisabeth – the new owner of Corpus Christi Moms Blog!

meet elisabethHere’s what you need to know: I am so excited to be living my best life in Corpus Christi. After years of visiting the beaches of the Coastal Bend, I am loving the salty air, sandy toes, and wind in my hair. You likely will see me out in full force around the Coastal Bend with the top off and sans doors in my Jeep totally soaking up all of that sunshine goodness!

No stranger to City Moms Blog Network, I began contributing to Austin Moms Blog in 2012 and am absolutely thrilled to continue the sisterhood here in Corpus Christi!

I was blessed to have a second chance at love and married Rad Brad (On Star Wars Day!) and have two boys, Hudson (12) and Finn (6).

I enjoys all kinds of music, going to as many concerts as humanely possible, singing at the top of my lungs – especially in the school drop off line when the kids are getting out of the car – being outdoors as much as possible and I am a complete and total advocate of NOT having a television in the living room.

After being a theatre teacher for the past 10 years (which I ADORED), I am oh so thankful that I am now afforded the luxury to be a work from home mom – running Corpus Christi Moms Blog.

Being able to spend mornings, afternoons and evening being INTENTIONAL with my family is just about the greatest gift I have ever been given.

Becoming a widow in your 30’s has a way of focusing your mindset and reminding you of your priorities. We certainly learned that life is short and we must remain grateful for every moment we have together – even the hard ones – and we must always, always, always live our life with love.

I can’t wait to share more about the in’s and out’s of our family and learn more about you all along the way.

Be sure to follow along with me today on Instagram to see a day in my life – and – get your chance to win a couple of tickets to our sold out Mom’s Night Out!! <3
