Liz

Born and raised in Corpus Christi, Liz is a stay-at-home mother to three beautiful and feisty girls – Zoey {5}, Sophia {3} and Itza {she will be 1 in April}. She has been married to her amazing husband, Karl, for almost six crazy, fun-filled years. When she is not blogging and trying her best to keep up with the kiddos, she works diligently on the nonprofit she founded in 2017 called the Corpus Christi Maternal Mental Health Coalition. After her own battle with postpartum depression and anxiety, she has been working hard to make sure other women in our area have as many resources as possible at their disposal to help with their own struggle with maternal mental health illness. She also helps in the community, feeding the homeless every Sunday at Artesian Park and serves as a member of the City’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee. But, don’t be fooled by all that she does, at the end of the day she loves the stretchiest of pants, wine, Grey’s Anatomy, and complaining for the millionth time about how tired she is!
