Everyone is invited for a weekend of food, fun and family as the City of Kingsville celebrates the Ranch Hand Weekend on November 18-19. The festival honors the city’s rich cultural heritage as one of the mainstays of the Texas ranching industry and will feature food, wine, live music, cooking demonstrations, art, storytelling, book signings by local authors and more.
The festival begins on Friday and continues through Saturday. Visit the King Ranch Museum and Visitors Center throughout the day. Watch the lighting of the Christmas tree and Downtown at 6 pm on Friday.
10 am – 4 pm – King Ranch® Museum & Visitors Center open.
6 pm – Light up Downtown & Christmas Tree. (1904 Train Depot Museum)
7 – 9 pm – Texas A&M University – Kingsville Senior Art Student Exhibit Reception. (Henrietta Memorial Center)
7:30 pm – Street Dance with Beau Walker
All Day Tours – King Ranch® Tours at 11am and 1pm; Wildlife Tour at 2:30pm; Spotlight Tour 7 – 9:30pm. (King Ranch)
Shopping – Shops open late until 8.
Dining – Downtown restaurants open late.
IBCA Cook-off – Dutch oven.
